Interested in Grassfed Meat?
We have meat processed at a state inspected custom plant in Alexandria, SD and ready for pickup in split quarters (the meat cuts from the front and back quarters are divided to make a split quarter).

Grassfed meat is sold based on the hanging carcass weight at harvest - most of our quarters will be about 150#. Our current price for grassfed meat is $3.00 per pound of hanging carcass weight. Please call for any updates as the market price may change. Processing and sales tax will apply to quarters and halves.

The meat that is already processed is in cryovacced packages of:

  • 1 pounds of ground beef

  • 3 - 4 pound roasts

  • 1 - 2 steaks per package - cut 1 inch thick
